LTDchix Reusable Shopping Bags Now Available!

I was lucky enough to be given the chance to review one of these new shopping bags. I chose the "Shopping Mom" bag in Royal Blue.



The first thing I noticed upon opening the bag was the adorable "Shopping Mom" graphic! If you want to be stylin' this is the bag! Of course all of the graphics they offer are adorable and I think I can relate to everyone of them - LOL!

The second thing that really stands out is that this shopping bag is really, really roomy. There's nothing I hate worse than some of the reusable shopping bags out there that you purchase while your shopping and find out you can't fit anything it them - grrr. You won't have that problem with this bag. After all they were designed by mom's just like us so they know what we're looking for in a shopping bag!

Something I didn't really appreciate until after I actually took the back shopping was how well these bags are made!

They have a very nice weaved type material instead the usual shrinkable, flimsy, thin, cotton I've been finding recently.

It has a piece of plastic that fits snugly into the bottom of the bag that keeps it standing upright while you pack it - a really handy feature that I love!

The handle of the bag isn't just sewn to the top of the bag, where it will eventually come loose and pull off over time from the weight of the contents. These handles actually become part of the support for the bag. The handles are sewn straight down the front and back of the entire bag - not only does it look great as part of the design but it also makes the bag extremely sturdy.

I've already tossed my shopping bag in the washer several times because some one is always getting it dirty - either spilling something inside, setting it on the ground or full of sand from the beach. They wash up great, there was no fading and no signs of wear on the logo at all. I haven't dried it in the dryer (I try to line dry whenever I can) so I'm not certain if there would be any shrinkage but I usually hang dry my shopping bags anyway.

Another added feature on the bag is the little hanging loop! You might not think about how convenient this is until you go to store the bag. It can be hung by the little hanging loop provided - fits perfectly on the the little "clothes hangers" in the back of the van so I always have the bag with me. Now I just have to remember to take it in the store when I go!!!

This is not your standard "shopping bag". It's not just cute and "stylin" but it is full of features that you'll truly appreciate when it gets down to the nitty gritty of what we actually use the shopping bag for - that's packing it as full as we possibly can and hoping it holds out until we get home!
