Well I have been lucky that way lately. As a product reviewer, I try out a lot of products! I mean a whole lot!! There are many, many products that do not make it to this blog. The simple reason is that I refuse to promote a product that just downright sucks! Even bad publicity is still publicity to some - so you will never, ever see something that I have tried and found to be lacking!

I was a little timid about trying the liquid foundation because I have been using a powder mineral foundation for quite awhile now. It was just something I did because I felt it was healthier for my skin and I like the results I get from it. However, since Zuii Organic cosmetics are designed to treat and protect your skin and they aren't full of harmful chemicals I felt pretty secure using it. I had forgotten how nice it was to use a liquid foundation. Not only that - this liquid foundation actually moisturizes too! So now I am alternating between the powder and liquid and sometimes I use both at the same time, depending on the finish I am trying to achieve.

All the cosmetic are very easy to apply and go on smoothly and spread or blend very well.

I have to mention my favorite item in the Zuii Organic Line - the mascara! The first thing I noticed when I took the items out of the package for review was the smell - not a perfume smell, not a chemical smell - I'm not even sure what the smell is but it just smells good!

Well imagine my surprise when I opened the mascara and instead of that really strong, harsh chemical smell it smelled just like the other makeup - good! It is unlike any other mascara I have ever tried. It actually feels good on, it makes your lashes feel soft and moisturized. Even after applying several coats you never get that really dry, flaky lash feeling. I have a problem with my eyes watering a lot and I usually end up with mascara in my eyes. My eyes will tear up and I make a mess all over my face! The mascara from Zuii Organic does not bother my eyes in the least! Yes my eyes still water but now if I get a little of it in my eyes it doesn't cause the huge tear feast I'm so used to.

The makeup performs well. You can apply it in the morning and expect it to last pretty much all day. Other than reapplying your lipstick the makeup has the staying power to last until evening. A quick refresh to brighten the colors and you should be good to go for the rest of the day. It performs as well as or better than a lot of the higher end mineral makeup.

The makeup price range is very comparable to most of the higher end makeup running between $25 - $60 depending on the item. It is actually priced cheaper than some and the benefits you receive far out weight most of the "other" cosmetics so it's definitely money well spent. As with all mineral makeup - a little goes a long way so it will last you longer than you're standard every day makeup.

I found the Zuii Organic line to work very well for me. I like how it feels, I like how it smells, I like how it looks and I am finding that I like "wearing flowers on my face"!
