I have a very informative review and giveaway for you this time.
I have been reviewing some adorable kids sunglasses called Frubi Shades. What's so special about Frubi? There are quite a few things that make Frubi Shades special!
I received two pairs one for each of my little guys!
These are just too cute!
I soon discovered these aren't just a stylish pair of kids sunglasses! They were designed with a kid in mind. The glasses are one solid soft, spongy, form fitting piece. They fit comfortably, and snug without feeling cumbersome, which is probably why you'll have a better chance of your child actually leaving them on. They are held on with a Velcro strap so there is no sliding off, once they're in place they stay put until you take them off. They also have soft little temple pads that keep the shape of the glasses so they don't just go flat on the child's head.
The sunglasses come in a very large selection of styles and colors - you'll be able to choose a pair to match everything! What's really cool is that they will fit your child from 6 months - 6 years! Now how economical is that?

Not only do the Ultraguard® lenses on Frubi Shades block 100% of UVA and UVB, they also block all of the harmful blue light. I didn't know eyes could get sunburned - am I alone here? Yikes! Thankfully there are wonderful products like Frubi around to help us protect our children from sun damage!
We really liked the sunglasses - the youngest little guy stuck them on and marched around proud as a peacock - no problems at all getting him to wear them! The almost 3 year old gave us a bit of of fight at first - he doesn't like things on his eyes or hats on his head etc. However, after a bit of persistence he wore them and then actually forgot they were on until we got home and walked into a dark house and he couldn't see - lol! They are quite dark so if you do enter a darkened area they really notice!
What really threw me for a loop was the price of the Frubi Shades - $9.99 a pair and they have a special going right now - if you buy two pair you get one pair free!! An awesome deal - especially because these sunglasses could last your child right through the baby stage and right on into grade one!
